Where to Look First
The Job That Changes People's Minds
This is a single stretch of decorative waterline tile. The left half is what years of West Valley hard water had built up on it.
No tile was removed, replaced or re-grouted. The pattern on the right was under the deposit on the left the entire time — which is exactly why we tell people to get a second opinion before paying to have a waterline torn out.
Spa Wall
Calcium Taken Off a Raised Spa
Navy tile on a curved spa wall, with the heaviest build-up along the top rows where the water line sits.
The pale patches were mineral rather than worn glaze. Once it came off, the tile matched the rest of the wall again.
Drained Pool
Plaster Brought Back by an Acid Wash
A commercial pool we drained and washed section by section, then neutralised and refilled.
The staining was in the surface, not floating in the water — which is why no amount of chlorine had shifted it beforehand.
Flagstone Deck
A Pool Deck Washed Back to Stone
Years of bonded dust and shaded algae growth lifted off natural flagstone at a pressure the stone could take.
Nothing here was sealed, stained or replaced. The colour on the right is the flagstone that was always underneath.

Every image above came off one of our own job sites. None of them are stock photography, none are composites, and neither side of any pair has been edited to exaggerate the difference.
