Yes — Verrado, Festival Ranch, Sundance, Tartesso and the Watson Road corridor are all on our regular routes. The newer builds tend to be salt pools with fresh plaster, which changes the chemistry we run compared to older Valley pools.

Why does my Buckeye pool scale up so fast?

Whole neighbourhoods have gone in since — Verrado spreading up toward the White Tanks, Festival Ranch, Sundance, and the run of new builds out along Watson and Miller. Nearly all of them came with a pool, and nearly all of those pools are now old enough for their first calcium band.

That is the thing about pools out here. Buckeye's water is some of the hardest in the Valley, and our summers evaporate several feet of it a year. Top up, evaporate, repeat — and the mineral stays behind, on your tile and in your water. Half the reason this company exists is that somebody had to deal with that properly.
