Why is there no price list on the website?

Because a number we could publish would be a number we would have to change once we saw your pool. Size, debris load, equipment and how heavily a pool gets used all move the price, so we quote after looking rather than advertising a figure that shifts.

How does billing work month to month?

Accepted Answer

Weekly service is one flat monthly rate covering the visits and the routine chemicals. One-off jobs like tile blasting or an acid wash are quoted per job. Nothing beyond the agreed number goes on a bill without you approving it first.

Will my price go up over time?

Accepted Answer

Rates do change occasionally, and when they do you hear about it in advance rather than discovering it on an invoice. Because there is no contract, you are free to leave if a change does not suit you.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, along with the usual alternatives. Whatever suits you is fine - the payment method has never been the interesting part of this business.

Will I get the same day and the same technician?

That is the aim and it holds for most customers. Routes are built by neighbourhood, so once you are slotted in you keep your day and generally see the same person. When a holiday or a weather day forces a change we tell you rather than just not showing up.

What if my gate is locked?

We sort access out before the first visit - a code, a key, or being added to a community gate list. It is a five-minute conversation at setup that prevents a wasted trip later.

Do you work on weekends?

We answer the phone seven days a week from 6am to 8pm, and routes do run at weekends. If you have a strong preference for a particular day, tell us and we will fit it if the route allows.

Can you service my pool while I am out of state?

Accepted Answer

A large share of our customers are away for months at a time, particularly around Surprise and Goodyear. The service continues, the reports keep arriving by email, and nothing gets repaired without your approval regardless of where you are.

What exactly is in the weekly report?

Accepted Answer

Photos of your pool taken on the day and a list of every chemical we added. It is emailed after the visit, so you can see the state of the water without being home and without taking anybody's word for it.

Can the report go to more than one person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plenty of our customers have it copied to a spouse, an adult child living out of state, or a property manager. Tell us the addresses at setup and everybody gets the same thing at the same time.

What happens if you spot a problem?

It goes in the report with a photo, and we tell you what it will cost to fix. Nothing gets done to your pool beyond the weekly service without you saying yes to it first.

How do I reach a real person?

The number on this page. There is no phone tree and no chatbot - the company is small enough that you get somebody who knows the routes, and often the owner himself.

Is the white line on my tile permanent?

Accepted Answer

No, and this is the single most common misunderstanding we deal with. It is calcium sitting on top of your tile, not damage to the tile itself. Once it comes off, the original colour and pattern are still underneath it.

Do I need to replace tile that looks that bad?

Accepted Answer

Very rarely. Replacement is genuinely necessary when tile is cracked, loose or falling off - not when it is coated. Several of our reviewers were quoted thousands to re-tile before we cleaned theirs instead.

Can you clean calcium off rock and pebble finishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and those are often the worst affected because water runs over them constantly. Grottos, waterfalls, spillways and pebble waterlines all clean up well with soft-media blasting, which is why we use it rather than anything harsher.

How long before it comes back?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your water balance and how steady your water level stays. Keeping calcium hardness in range slows it noticeably, and sealing the tile afterwards makes the next round far easier to deal with.

Why does my chlorine disappear so fast in summer?

Accepted Answer

Usually stabiliser is too low, so ultraviolet light destroys the chlorine almost as fast as it goes in. Warm water and heavy swimming add demand on top. It is very often not a chlorine problem at all, which is why testing properly matters.

How often does the water itself need replacing?

Every two to four years for most Valley pools, which is far more often than national advice suggests. Our evaporation rate concentrates dissolved solids until chemicals stop working regardless of how much you add.

Is a salt pool less work?

Accepted Answer

Day to day it feels like it, because you are not handling chlorine. What it adds is a cell that scales quickly in our hard water and needs inspecting several times a year, plus a steady acid demand from the generation process.

My pool is clear but looks dull. What is that?

Accepted Answer

Often calcium saturation - the water is holding as much mineral as it can and the excess is in fine suspension. No clarifier fixes it and no chlorine touches it. Replacing some of the water is the only real correction.
